Stylesafedistrib understands that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your wardrobe consulting appointment or service package. We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations to avoid cancellation fees.
Due to the personalized nature of our wardrobe consulting services, all service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been provided. However, if you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
You may reschedule your wardrobe consulting appointments at no additional charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
For multi-session service packages, cancellation of remaining sessions is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Partial refunds for unused portions of service packages may be available on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Stylesafedistrib.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of genuine emergencies, Stylesafedistrib will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling without penalty or discussing alternative arrangements.
